A favourite salsa for sure! Enjoy with chips, tacos, anything you like to have salsa with!

  1. Take the skin off the tomatios by peeling them.
  2. Place on baking tray.
  3. Take the skin off the halved onion.
  4. Place on baking tray.
  5. After taking the tops off the ancho chili and jalapeño, place them on the baking tray.
  6. Place Serrano peppers and garlic on baking tray.
  7. Toss all above ingredients in oil with garlic.
  8. Place baking tray in oven for 18 minutes at 425°F.
  9. Meanwhile, cut small tortillas into quarters.
  10. Place quarters into boiling pot of oil for a few minutes. Then toss in a small bowl with lime.
  11. Place all ingredients from baking tray into blender.
  12. Add cumin and cilantro that has had its ends removed.
  13. Blend and serve.
  14. Enjoy!
