Crispy, juicy chicken fingers best served with crinkle cut fries and homemade Raising Cane's sauce.

Marinade
Dry Batter
Raising Cane's Sauce
Directions
- Mix together marinade ingredients.
- Slice chicken breasts lengthwise into strips.
- Stir chicken into marinade, ensuring each piece is coated.
- Marinade for 2 hours.
- Mix together dry batter ingredients.
- Dip marinaded chicken into dry batter.
- Put into hot oil pot (325°F-350°F (160°C-175°C)) until golden brown, a few minutes. Check the internal temperature and ensure it's at least 165°F.
- Enjoy!
Notes
Can use chicken tenders instead!
