Crispy, juicy chicken fingers best served with crinkle cut fries and homemade Raising Cane's sauce.

Makes 3 servings.

Ingredients

Marinade
Dry Batter
Raising Cane's Sauce

Directions

  1. Mix together marinade ingredients.
  2. Slice chicken breasts lengthwise into strips.
  3. Stir chicken into marinade, ensuring each piece is coated.
  4. Marinade for 2 hours.
  5. Mix together dry batter ingredients.
  6. Dip marinaded chicken into dry batter.
  7. Put into hot oil pot (325°F-350°F (160°C-175°C)) until golden brown, a few minutes. Check the internal temperature and ensure it's at least 165°F.
  8. Enjoy!

Notes

Can use chicken tenders instead!
