Creamy Beef and Orzo

- Dice white onion and mince cloves of fresh garlic.
- In a large pot or dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add in ground beef. Break up with a spatula and cook for about three minutes.
- Add in diced white onion and Italian season and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until the onion is fragrant.
- Then add in minced garlic, diced canned tomatoes, beef broth, and soy sauce.
- Pour in orzo and mix well. Cook for 8 minutes or until orzo is completely cooked.
- Turn off the stove and add grated parmesan cheese, heavy cream, and season with red pepper flakes and black pepper.
- Add in spinach. Cover and let it wilt.
- Top with extra parmesan and red pepper flakes.
