  1. Dice white onion and mince cloves of fresh garlic.
  2. In a large pot or dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add in ground beef. Break up with a spatula and cook for about three minutes.
  4. Add in diced white onion and Italian season and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until the onion is fragrant.
  5. Then add in minced garlic, diced canned tomatoes, beef broth, and soy sauce.
  6. Pour in orzo and mix well. Cook for 8 minutes or until orzo is completely cooked.
  7. Turn off the stove and add grated parmesan cheese, heavy cream, and season with red pepper flakes and black pepper.
  8. Add in spinach. Cover and let it wilt.
  9. Top with extra parmesan and red pepper flakes.
