5-Ingredient Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

These are my go-to oatmeal raisin cookies that come together so easily! You will absolutely love them! And if you prefer chocolate chips, simply sub them for the raisins.

- In a small bowl, combine the mashed banana, almond butter, and cinnamon.
- Stir in oats.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 10 minutes (to firm up).
- Scoop onto a lined baking sheet and flatten (this batch made 4 cookies).
- Bake in the oven for 12 minutes at 400°F.
- Remove from oven, add flaky sea salt (optional).
- Enjoy!
